Solutions
Aerospace manufacturing companies, airports, fixed based operators and service providers (including caterers, security screeners) are covered for third-party legal liabilities arising from an accident causing property damage and/or bodily injury to third-parties. AXIS Aerospace Liability Insurance provides the necessary coverage in unexpected circumstances.
Acts of war and malicious intent can bring huge exposures to the aviation insurance industry and clients can be left somewhat vulnerable. AXIS Aviation Excess War Liability Insurance provides cover for third-party legal liabilities arising from property damage and/or bodily injury arising from war perils. Typically this is written on a stand-alone basis and sits in excess of the underlying (AVN52) limit included in the "all risks" contract.
